Title of ownership of any ordered items, commission or special orders does not pass to the customer until paid for in full. After payment in full and receipt of the goods by the purchaser, responsibility and liability for the goods pass to the purchaser. Transfer or responsibility applies to any subsequent resale, including right of return.
All designs on this website are artistic and intellectual property of Mr Dariusz Wiewiorka trading as Nordulf and are copyright to him. Although some original archaeological finds were used for the designs please note that the actual manufacturing include variations and alternations and have been deliberately undertaken by Nordulf and remain Mr Dariusz Wiewiorka artistic property. This includes usage of these designs for any kind of copying including all types of printing, clothing and garment manufacturing, carving, casting, tattooing etc. either from illustration or actual pieces. Any violation of Mr Dariusz Wiewiorka or Nordulf copyright will be prosecuted with the full force of the law.
There is currently no VAT applicable on goods on our website.
Returns and Guarantee
The pieces displayed and listed on this website are as specified and are fit for the purpose for which they are sold. They leave Nordulf in perfect condition and are packaged to ensure their safe arrival to your chosen destination. Small variations in colour, weight, quality and suitability for use may occur and do not constitute grounds to claim against the vendor. Please understand that small irregularities to be expected from handmade goods. In the unlikely event a piece is found to have a manufacturing fault we will offer to replace the item at a cost to ourselves.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations customer may return goods within 14 days, by post, without any explanation. This period of two weeks begins after the customer receives the goods. If we have already shipped the order you should, upon receipt of the order, return the full order to us. We reserve the right to recover delivery costs where cancellation has happened after we have notified you of shipping the product. You agree that in the circumstances where you have already taken receipt of the order you will be liable for all cost of the items until we collect the items from you and ascertain that they are in their original condition. Damage to any returned goods will have to be paid for. Payment to any damage incurred on the returned goods, by the customer, must follow within 30 days. This period begins with the receipt by the vendor of any returned goods.
Any delay or refusal of payment on the part of the purchaser empowers the vendor to reclaim costs by laying claim to property of the vendor of equivalent value. Above applies when the return of the goods is not possible, or the goods returned have suffered damage.
Jewellery purchased directly from the website have a 6 month Warranty, however Warranty does not cover items damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse.
These terms do not apply to special orders, commissions, bespoke items or pieces which have be altered in anyway from their original design.

Nordulf will use personal information you have supplied to us only for the purpose that you have provided it. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose. We will not pass your information to any other parties. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
